For valet parking, turn left onto S Post St. Getting there: One of the best ways to reach the hotel is via their Town Car service. Advance notice is required, and there is a flat fee of $15 per room one-way, or $25 round-trip. Taxis are also available for $16–25. Rental cars are another popular option and are available online. All fees subject to change without notice. Getting around: Downtown Spokane is easy to navigate on foot, and many shops and restaurants are located nearby. It reopened in July 2002 after a $30 million renovation that restored its ornate sky-lit lobby, carved masonry beams, and gilded woodwork. The hotel is home to an indoor pool, fitness center, and several shops, including Galleria De Felice, a fine-art gallery with original paintings and sculptures. A European-style spa offers a full menu of massages, body treatments, and services for hair, nails, and skin. The Davenport offers 25,000 square feet of meeting space, including two ballrooms and the 3,000-square-foot Hall of the Doges, an opulent pre-function space complete with ceiling frescos, chandeliers, and carved pillars and arches.
